Bank has failed to respond on offer made 5 years ago on PG



Our client approached us in 2009 regarding a 50k demand received from a bank regarding a personal guarantee.
After a year or so of sporadic communications with the bank's Indian based collection team, we put a without prejudice offer to the bank.


We have heard nothing since. This is one of many cases where our clients have benefited because a bank has stopped chasing the debt and responding to our communications.
